I am a critical thinking enthusiast, a designer of best-in-class healthcare user experiences, and a relentless advocate for Digital Wellness. I believe there is an enormous unmet opportunity today to expand our concept of what it means to create well-designed user experiences. Today's User-Centered Design guidelines need to be updated to protect the social, psychological and emotional well-being of our users, in addition to creating apps that delight them and help them accomplish their goals.
With over 10 years of experience designing intuitive, research-validated user experiences on a variety of platforms, I am proud to have served the needs of users across industries from biotech and healthcare to finance, education and entertainment. I take a lean approach to user experience design, quickly gathering input from business partners, building networks of end users, and rapidly following the data to design solutions that capture new markets or re-engage users of established solutions.
